Let There Be Light! // Navi LoZ Cosplay by lelental Let There Be Light! // Navi LoZ Cosplay by lelental
I love this shot of my original Navi (from Zelda: Ocarina of Time) cosplay taken at PAX Prime 2013 - why? Cause you can actually SEE THE LIGHTS IN MY SKIRT! This was my first time ever working with lights and I chose fiber optics (cause they're low heat and I felt like I could spread them out better for an all over glow). They work... they just aren't very bright... but you can actually see them in this photo! =D

They were actually a custom order from Fancy Fairy Wings and Things (cause I don't know anyone who can laser cut metal >.>). She sends a pattern off to a company that produces an aluminum laser cut of said pattern (which you can pick). She then paints the metal (you get to pick the color) and applies a heat shrink film (color of choice on one side/clear on the other). Attaches the two wings to a u-shaped joint with tape *BAM* Awesome wings =D
